Shoulder Mobility - Progression
A little update on my own shoulder mobility work. With only a small amount of work and some very simple mobility exercises my mobility has come on well in only a short period of time. In my first video in February, I could barely get the stick behind my head. I am already a lot more comfortable moving the stick into the same position, pushing it a bit further each time.
